Thunderstorms and hail are expected in Ukraine today, April 2, in a number of regions. And on April 3, windy weather is forecast, sometimes with strong gusts of wind, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine warned on Tuesday, UNN reports.

According to the State Emergency Service, thunderstorms are expected in Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad regions in the next 2 hours and will continue until the end of the day on April 2, with hail (hazard level I, yellow) in some areas.
At the same time, according to weather forecasters, on Wednesday, April 3:
▪️ In Kyiv and Kyiv region, wind gusts may reach 15-20 m/s during the day (hazard level I).
▪️ Wind gusts of up to 15-20 m/s are expected in the western, northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions.
▪️ In the highlands of the Carpathians - 25 m/s (danger level I).
