Currently, Ukraine has no plans to lower the mobilization age of its citizens, despite Russia's superiority in human resources. This was stated by MP and chairman of the Subcommittee on State Security, Defense and Defense Innovations Fedir Venislavsky, according to "Ukrainian Radio", reports UNN.

He also recognized that Russia has a much greater human potential. The MP reminded that in Russia, people are mobilized from the age of 18 and even conscripts are sent to fight.
In addition, Russia offers a significant financial incentive to future military personnel. In some places, payments for readiness to fight against Ukraine reach 2 million rubles.
However, we understand that the war cannot be won symmetrically, so we rely on innovative means of warfare that allow us to deliver asymmetric responses. That is why we definitely cannot match Russia in terms of human potential
He added that in Ukraine, citizens who have expressed a desire to enlist in the military can also do so from the age of 18. According to Venislavsky, citizens under the age of 25 can sign a contract for even one year.
