The court found tabachnik and Vorona guilty of high treason committed under martial law, aiding the aggressor state and violating the laws and customs of war.
The trial took place in special court proceedings in absentia (in the absence of the accused). Now measures are being taken to bring the convicts to justice.

The SBU clarifies that both attackers are hiding on the territory of the russian federation and the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, where they conduct subversive activities against our state.
