Another person has fallen victim to a nighttime attack by Russian troops on residential buildings in Vinnytsia region, bringing the death toll to two, the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Borzov, said on Friday, UNN reports.

According to Borzov, the occupiers struck at residential buildings at night.
"Four people were hospitalized. One person died on the spot. We have just learned that a woman died in the hospital," he said.
