Damage to critical infrastructure facilities led to power outages in the Shumensky, Zhytleselyshche, Tavriysky, and Ostrovsky neighborhoods of Kherson. There is also no power supply in Bilozerka and Komyshany.
Power engineers are carrying out emergency repair work, Prokudin added.
