In Ukraine, 36,000 people currently work in the TCC, including almost 7,000 civilians. There are also some limitedly fit military personnel. This was stated by the spokesman of the Ministry of Defense Dmytro Lazutkin during a telethon, a correspondent of UNN reports.
When asked whether the TCC employs about 100,000 people, Lazutkin replied: "There are currently 36 thousand people working in the TCC, of which almost 7 thousand are civilians. There are also some people among the military who are limitedly fit, quite a few of them. There are about 3 thousand women".

In April of this year, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Law No. 10313 on ensuring the rights of military and police officers to social protection. The document abolishes the status of "limitedly fit" and now there are only two categories : "fit" and "unfit" for military service.

MP Yulia Yatsyk, who is a member of the provisional investigative commission for the protection of the rights of servicemen , statedthat a report has been submitted proposing to disband the TCC. According to her, more than 10 full-fledged brigades can be created from the current number of TCC servicemen.
In April of this year, the Commander of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavliuk statedthat most of the TCC employees were yesterday's soldiers, whom everyone admired and was proud of.
