Details
Thanks to this decision, organizations that deliver humanitarian aid can continue their activities according to the usual procedures. However, at the same time, starting from December 1 of this year, recipients can already start using the digital mechanism for importing humanitarian aid. That is, to submit a declaration online using the Automated Humanitarian Aid Registration System.
The report also says that during the transitional period, which will last until April 1, the Ministry of Social Policy, in cooperation with other authorities and civil society, will continue to work on proposals to improve the legal regulation of the procedure for importing and accounting for humanitarian aid.
At the same time, foundations, NGOs, and other recipients will be able to adapt their processes to the use of the digital system and evaluate its benefits.
