Participants of the program can be condominiums created and operating in accordance with the law of Ukraine "on the Association of co-owners of an apartment building" and HBC created in accordance with the law of Ukraine "on cooperation", representing co-owners of high-rise buildings in which they operate.
Starting from October, participating houses with an area of more than 8 thousand M2 can receive a grant of up to UAH 2 million for the installation of a more powerful solar power plant.
