Yesterday's strike on the village of Kozacha Lopan in Kharkiv region was carried out by two North Korean missiles. This was reported on Suspilne TV by the head of the Dergachiv City Military Administration Vyacheslav Zadorenko, according to UNN.
According to the official, the interval between strikes was 20 minutes.
"According to the military, two Korean-made missiles were launched. One missile hit the administration, which led to the collapse. And people were alive: locals talked to those who remained under the rubble. But 20 minutes later, the Russian Federation struck the same place again - a flight of stairs and the ceiling collapsed, and, unfortunately, people there became quiet," Zadorenko said.

Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute Oleksandr Ruvin spoke about the peculiarities of the DPRK missiles used by the enemy to hit Ukraine.
"The Institute's experts are currently examining parts and fragments of missiles used by the Russian Federation against Ukraine since the beginning of July 2024. Some of the objects submitted for examination have been identified as fragments of KN-23 ballistic missiles manufactured by North Korea. This is evidenced by the specifics of the external design of the parts and fragments, atypical design and engineering. Simply put, the parts and fragments are made using special technologies or design that differ from all those previously studied by experts. We are talking about atypical signs of metal welding, markings, and a number of other features," said Ruvin.
