"The State Logistics Operator has signed contracts to supply water to the Ukrainian army for UAH 410 million. The purchase price was reduced by 39% on average. This is reported by the press service of the DOT, UNN writes.

"The procurement took place in the Prozorro system. Thanks to competition, we managed to purchase water for an average of UAH 3.46 per liter, which is 39% cheaper than in contracts before the start of the DOT's work. Over the quarter, the savings will reach more than UAH 233 million," the statement said.
The DOT added that the winners of the tenders were Obolon PrJSC and Aquaplast LLC.
The contracts are valid for 3 months. Deliveries will begin on April 1.

Earlier, the DOT signed contracts with suppliers to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with food in 13 sectors covering the whole of Ukraine. The average price per meal was UAH 111.49.
Based on the results of two rounds of solicitation, 5 suppliers were selected whose proposal was the most cost-effective.
