Defense Forces Ukraine's defense forces continue to reform, implementing NATO standards for interoperability with North Atlantic Treaty Organization member states
During November-December 2023, the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine implemented seven more NATO standards, including communications training for the Navy.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to pursue reforms to meet interoperability standards with NATO member states. It is said that the standards introduced relate to navigation and hydrographic support, warfare, quality of fuel and combat operations, the quality of fuel and lubricants, and the training of the Naval Forces on communications.

The Ministry of Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already implemented 301 NATO standards, namely:
181 - within the framework of NATO-Ukraine Partnership Goals (the Alliance's primary standards);
116 - в initiative, implemented by Ukraine outside the Partnership Goals.
According to the of the Ministry, there are a total of 1135 standards in the Alliance. Thus, the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces have already implemented more than a quarter of the total (26.5%).
