The Army+ mobile application, which already has more than 400 thousand verified military users, allows us to maintain direct communication with the military to better understand their preferences, to understand the difficulties they face, the situation with supplies at the front, to listen to the needs of our people and take care of our defenders. We have already conducted 4 surveys and received almost 50 thousand verified responses from our military
She noted that a survey was conducted in the app to find out what topics the military is interested in learning, and a video course on unmanned systems has already been implemented in the app.
"This is the most popular course among our online courses. More than 6 thousand military personnel have completed it or are currently taking it. We asked about the needs for IT systems and our innovation center is already working on a convenient, secure chat. We have also collected suggestions on food. Every 4 respondents expressed a desire for halal, kosher, vegetable rations, and this need will also be fulfilled soon. The last survey we did was about transfers, and it helped us to implement the submission of reports for changing the place of service. We have unlocked this opportunity, this function. And now Army+ has already processed more than 2 thousand such reports, of which more than 600 have been approved," Chernogorenko added.
