"In the morning, the enemy carried out a preliminary artillery shelling of Sumy. The strike damaged the roof, windows, and balcony frames of 2 high-rise buildings in a residential area. Two women and a man, passers-by who were nearby, were injured. They have been hospitalized. Their condition is moderate," Kryvosheyenko wrote.
Kryvosheyenko also reported that "enemy air strikes were directed at the residential sector and infrastructure facilities of Sumy tonight." "A hit by a UAV of an unidentified type was recorded in a private house and a residential high-rise in the Zarichnyi district. An elderly resident of an apartment on the 9th floor, where the strike occurred, suffered an acute stress reaction. The woman was provided with medical assistance," wrote the head of the City Military Administration.
According to the State Emergency Service, "at night, the Russians attacked the city of Sumy and the Velyka Pysarivka community: preliminary, two people were injured."
