The Government has amended the procedure for conscription of citizens for military service during mobilization and for a special period. The requirements for draft notices, their verification and sending will be clarified. In particular, the summons generated by the Unified State Register will have a QR code. This was announced by the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk, reports UNN.
Clarified the requirements for summonses generated by the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service and Reservists in terms of assigning such summonses a unique electronic identifier in the form of a QR code, which can be used to verify all the information specified in the summons
The government has also determined a mechanism for checking the validity of summonses generated through the USRPTI, including through the electronic office of conscripts, persons liable for military service, and reservists, in particular, using its mobile application.
In addition, the status of summonses on the letterhead and summonses generated using the USRPTI (including in printed form) and their legal force are defined.
“The addresses for sending a summons to a reservist or a person liable for military service who has updated his or her personal data after the 60 days allotted by law for updating his or her credentials have been determined. The content of the information contained in the description of the attachment sent with the summons has been clarified,” Melnychuk said.
