South Korean President Yun Seok-yol said the following in comments to Reuters:
Military cooperation between Russia and North Korea poses a clear threat and serious challenge to peace and security on the Korean Peninsula and in Europe
The South Korean leader's response was released on the eve of his visit to Washington for the NATO summit - Yun became the first South Korean leader to attend the NATO summit in 2022; the South Korean president will be at the event in Washington this time.
