Slovak Foreign Minister Juraj Blanar said the country was ready to facilitate the peace process between Russia and Ukraine. Putin also does not rule out the possibility of holding talks in Slovakia.

Slovak diplomacy is ready to actively promote the peace process between Russia and Ukraine. This was stated on Thursday by Slovak Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Juraj Blanar, UNN reports with reference to TASR.

Commenting on media reports that Russian dictator Putin does not rule out the possibility of holding talks between Russia and Ukraine in Slovakia, Bratislava said it is ready to actively promote the peace process.

Slovakia has consistently advocated peaceful solutions, and we support all peace initiatives. That is why this year I also attended the peace summit in Switzerland, where all participants agreed with what our government stands for, that further peace talks should be held with the participation of all parties, including Russia
