The situation on the Kinburn Spit remains tense, as Russians continue to use it for artillery shelling of the southern regions of Mykolaiv and Kherson. This was stated by Dmytro Pletenchuk, spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, during a telethon, according to a correspondent of UNN.
The situation on the Kinburn Spit remains difficult. I can note that the Russians are still using it for fire, in the south of Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. The presence of the enemy there does not allow us to conduct mine action in the waters of the Dnipro-Bug estuary, which is the access to the sea for Mykolaiv and Kherson ports
According to him, this leaves 60 vessels blocked in Mykolaiv that are supposed to leave the port.
