The prosecutor's office has filed an appeal against the verdict against the Berkut officers in the case of the killings on February 20, 2014 during Euromaidan. As for this verdict, it has already been appealed. That is, we have already filed an appeal against it, and accordingly, it also applies to these two people. In particular, one of them was acquitted in full, the other was convicted of abuse of power, but acquitted of murder.

Based on this characterization of these killings, there could be no other purpose than intimidation, and committing intentional indiscriminate killings for the purpose of intimidation is a terrorist act. Therefore, we did not understand the position of the court in this regard in relation to all the defendants.
