The Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast informed a journalist of UNN that a man was riding a bicycle down the street when dogs began to attack him. The passerby fired a shot into the air from a Flobert pistol to scare away the dogs that attacked him, UNN reports.
