The release of the video game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl, from the Ukrainian company GSC Game World, has been postponed again. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: The Heart of Chernobyl will be released on November 20, 2024, moving from the previously scheduled date of September 5, 2024. We know that you might be tired of waiting, so we sincerely appreciate your patience. These two additional months will give us the opportunity to fix more "unexpected anomalies" (or just "bugs" as they are also called)
The company apologized to the fans for another delay and announced the screening of the "S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Developer Deep Dive" video, which will be released on Xbox media platforms on August 12.
It will include exclusive interviews, a number of new videos, and a complete completion of one of the game's quests.

Initially, the game was planned to be released on April 28, 2022, but then the release was postponed several times.
The game will be released simultaneously on PC and Xbox X/S series. From the day of release, it will be available on Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store, Xbox Store, and Game Pass. Multiplayer mode will be added shortly after the release and update.
