Russian military shelled Chasiv Yar and Yelyzavetivka in Donetsk region, killing one person and injuring another.

On Sunday, April 7, the Russian military attacked Chasovyi Yar and Yelizavetivka in Donetsk region. One person was killed and another was injured. This was reported by Anastasia Medvedeva, a spokeswoman for the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office, UNN reports.

This morning, the occupation forces shelled the town of Chasiv Yar. A 51-year-old local resident died as a result of the enemy attack

Anastasia Medvedeva said.

Also, according to the spokeswoman, the Russian military shelled the village of Yelyzavetivka, Pokrovsk district. A 63-year-old man was wounded and taken to hospital.

Initiate judicial investigations into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438(1) and (2) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
