According to the GUR of Ukraine, the explosion on the territory of the "Rosneft oil depot occurred on December 12, 2023. What kind of "training" is the work of of local investigative bodies at the Voronezh oil depot is disguised as, as indicated, it is currently is unclear even to the investigators themselves.
