Russia has launched a massive attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, damaging energy facilities in 5 regions and causing an emergency power outage in Kharkiv region, the national energy company Ukrenergo reported on Thursday, UNN reports.

It is noted that "from 6:31 a.m., emergency shutdown schedules were introduced in Kharkiv region". In other regions, as indicated, consumption restrictions were not applied.
