On May 18, Russian UAVs struck two foreign vessels near Odesa. The crews extinguished the fires on their own; there were no casualties, and the vessels continue their transit.

A Russian attack hit two foreign-flagged vessels heading to the ports of Greater Odesa, the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority reported on Monday, UNN writes.

"Another attack on civilian shipping: two vessels heading to the ports of Greater Odesa were damaged. On May 18, while moving through the Ukrainian corridor to the ports of Greater Odesa, UAV strikes were recorded on two civilian vessels flying the flags of Guinea-Bissau and the Marshall Islands," the USPA reported.

As the USPA indicated, "minor fires broke out on both vessels, which the crews promptly extinguished on their own. Preliminarily, there are no casualties. The vessels continued their movement to the ports of destination."
