Russian troops today hit civilian residential infrastructure in Kharkiv's Shevchenkivskyi district, there are no casualties, and the damage is being assessed, Kharkiv RMA head Oleh Syniehubov and Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said on Tuesday, UNN reports.
