Russian troops attacked the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, a 42-year-old man sustained an explosive injury, UNN reports with reference to the Kherson RMA.
According to the RMA, a man who was in a cafe was injured when explosives were dropped from a drone.
"The 42-year-old victim sustained an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to his shin. The ambulance crew took him to the hospital for medical care," the statement said.
