One of the bomb attacks hit a crowded residential area in the center of Idlib, which is the largest city in the rebel enclave near the Turkish border.
Residents reported that the area, which is home to about four million people, most of whom live in temporary tents and houses, suffered significant damage.
The attack comes the second day after the start of the raids, when Syrian President Bashar al-Assad promised to defeat the rebels who broke into the city of Aleppo.
