The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Charles Brown, said that Russia plans to wait until the allies get tired and do not provide Ukraine with the necessary assistance. He said this during a briefing following a meeting of the Ramstein-20 contact group, UNN reports .
Russia is planning to wait for us to get tired, to wait for us not to provide Ukraine with the necessary assistance, and we cannot allow this to happen, because when we talk about the increase in investments in the defense sector, we are talking about our partners and friends, European countries, it helps us to strengthen our security.
According to him, collective support for Ukraine will ensure Ukraine's success on the battlefield, as well as a peaceful future not only for Ukraine but for the whole world.
"Therefore, the United States will continue to support Ukraine," Brown said.
