After the drone attack on the night of April 1, Russia carried out repeated UAV attacks. During the daytime, from 08:00 to 18:00, Ukraine was attacked by more than 360 enemy attack UAVs (about 250 of them were "Shaheds").
As reported by the Air Force, taking into account the night attack from 18:00 on March 31 to 18:00 on April 1, 2026 (for a conditional day), the enemy used more than 700 attack drones of the Shahed, Gerbera, and other types.
In particular, according to preliminary data, in the period from 08:00 to 18:00 on April 1, the enemy used 361 attack UAVs. During the day, the vast majority of drones flew from the southeastern direction, heading west. Unfortunately, as a result of the Russian terrorist attack, 14 hits were recorded, and there are casualties...
To repel the air attack, as reported by the Air Force, all possible air defense assets were involved – manned aircraft, anti-aircraft drones, electronic warfare, and ground-based air defense.
According to preliminary data, as of 18:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 345 enemy UAVs. Combat operations continue, with several enemy UAVs in the airspace!
