The Russian and American delegations went on a break today after almost three hours of consultations - for lunch.
Former Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Senator Grigory Karasin, who heads the Russian delegation, said that negotiations with representatives of the United States "are going creatively", there is an "interesting discussion of topical issues." According to Karasin, Moscow and Washington "manage to maintain contact and understand each other's point of view", Russian media indicate.
