Russian occupants conducted a powerful aerial reconnaissance in the south before the night massive attack. This was reported by the head of the press center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine Natalia Humeniuk during a telethon on Friday, an UNN correspondent reports.

Humeniuk said that in the southern area of responsibility, the enemy directed attacks mainly at Mykolaiv region and Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovs'k region. There was another attack on the energy sector.
In general, the night was characterized by the fact that the enemy conducted very powerful aerial reconnaissance before the night, again using a maximum of drones - we counted 140 reconnaissance aircraft in our area of responsibility in the air. This again proves that we need electronic warfare, because an uninformed enemy cannot conduct massive attacks
She noted that the use of electronic warfare is highly praised even by the enemy in their publicity.
"They prescribe that not every drone reaches the middle of the Dnipro River when our electronic warfare works," said Humeniuk.

As Ukrainian Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko pointed out , during the night attack on Ukraine, the Russians tried to strike at electricity generation facilities.
In Dnipropetrovs'k region, several energy facilities were damaged, and there are injured.
