The perpetrator turned out to be a 26-year-old native of the Stavropol region who voluntarily joined the ranks of the "Akhmat" special forces, underwent training at the "Russian University of Special Forces" in Chechnya and arrived to fight in Ukraine.
According to the investigation, on March 19, 2022, the suspect, along with other Russian soldiers, entered the Snihurivka community in the Mykolaiv region. After the capture of the city, the occupiers began to intimidate, rob, beat and torture local residents.
The suspected Kadyrovite, in particular, illegally entered the abandoned apartment of a Ukrainian soldier who was defending the country at that time.
Later, threatening with weapons, he kidnapped and brought two girls aged 13 and 15 to the captured housing.
For three days he committed sexual violence against children and intimidated them. In addition, the attacker learned that the mother of one of the girls is a serviceman who is in captivity.
For this, he severely beat the child. On the third day, the girls managed to escape through the window, taking advantage of the occupier's absence.

Police investigators have charged the perpetrator with suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This article provides for a sentence of imprisonment for up to ten years.
The investigation is ongoing. Law enforcement officers are making every effort to identify all persons involved in the crimes committed by Russian soldiers in the occupied territories.
