PACE has officially recognized that Russian media outlets RT and Sputnik spread disinformation and fakes. This was announced by a member of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko, reports UNN.
According to the MP, the corresponding amendment was added to the resolution "Foreign interference is a threat to democratic security in Europe".
