The Russian military has significantly increased the number of shelling of populated areas in Sumy region. Over the past two days alone, more than 800 explosions have been heard in the region. The head of the JMA noted that such a number of explosions had been heard in the region before in six months and now "almost in two days."
He also noted that the enemy has remotely mined a number of settlements with the help of aviation, and demining works are underway.
"Unfortunately, we are suffering losses. Over the last two days alone, more than 15 people were wounded, three were killed," Artyukh said.
