The Security Service of Ukraine announced that it had collected evidence against another traitor who defected to the enemy and is fighting against Ukraine. This refers to Oleksiy Olkhovsky – commander of combat unit No. 1 of the Russian submarine of class 636.3 "Varshavyanka" (NATO classification – Kilo). As the Security Service reminds, SBU submarine drones "Sub Sea Baby" hit one such submarine in December 2025.
According to the investigation, 30-year-old Olkhovsky had been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Crimea since 2012. However, after the capture of the Ukrainian peninsula, he betrayed his oath and defected to the enemy
During the investigation, it was established that Olkhovsky directly participated in combat operations as the commander of the combat unit of a submarine of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
In this position, the traitor was responsible for the control and navigation of the submarine, as well as laying the course to combat positions from which the occupiers launch Kalibr cruise missiles at Ukraine.
Among the main "targets" of the submarine crew are civilian infrastructure facilities and life support systems for the population of our state.
Based on the collected evidence, investigators of the Security Service заочно informed Oleksiy Olkhovsky of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (treason).
Since Olkhovsky is in the temporarily occupied part of the territory of Ukraine, comprehensive measures are underway to find and punish him.
