Russian troops shelled about 20 settlements in Kharkiv region yesterday. In particular, they attacked with anti-aircraft missiles and rockets, as well as fired from artillery and mortars. Syniehubov also said that on April 8, a 67-year-old man stepped on an unidentified explosive device in the village of Borshchova, Kharkiv district, on the territory of a garden society while conducting land work. He was hospitalized with severe injuries.
In his evening address, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that maximum attention is now being paid to Kharkiv: the energy situation, support for people and businesses in the city and region. Ukraine is working with partners to strengthen air defense in the region.
