In addition, Andriy Sibiga said that it is necessary for Kiev to receive more air defense equipment. The minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine also mentioned the 15th package of sanctions that the European Commission should submit to its member states on Wednesday, November 27.

"In addition, it is not possible that European countries still issue hundreds of thousands of Schengen visas to Russian citizens out of thin air. Russian citizens in Europe pose a threat to the security of EU member states. We are convinced that the time has come to limit the issuance of visas to Russian citizens. Today, together with my Polish colleague, we discussed this topic separately," Andrei Sibiga said.

Minister Sikorski said that under the presidency of Poland in the Council of the European Union, Warsaw will support Kiev's desire to join the EU, support Ukraine on this path.

"I assured Mr. Minister of Poland's support for the rapid and trouble-free process of Ukraine's accession to the European Union. We will use the time of the Polish president in the Council of the European Union to speed up this process as much as possible. Ukraine's membership in the EU is a strategic interest of our country. Negotiations will be difficult. They will address sensitive issues such as transport or agriculture. However, we want to make it clear that no issues related to Ukraine's membership in the EU will affect our position," minister Sikorsky said.

In this context, politicians recalled the blockade of the Polish-Ukrainian border. The ministers agreed that the strategic object, which is the border, cannot be a place for holding rallies and protests. However, as Sikorsky noted, this issue is within the competence of the Ministry of internal affairs and the administration.
