The new head of the Strategic Communications Center of the Southern Defense Forces, Dmytro Pletenchuk, discussed with journalists from Odesa region the main issues of further communication and cooperation in the region. Pletenchuk announced the meeting on his Facebook page, UNN reports.

Since the beginning of this week, Dmytro Pletenchuk, spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, has taken an additional "chair" as head of the Center for Strategic Communications of the Southern Defense Forces, replacing Natalia Humeniuk.
This was preceded by a collective complaint filed by journalists to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the General Staff. The journalists demanded that Humeniuk be dismissed from her position as communications officer of the South Command for banning coverage of Russia's war crimes and imposing unreasonable restrictions on the work of the media.
They addressed the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Speech with a similar demand .
On April 19, Colonel Natalia Humeniuk was dismissed from the post of head of the Center for Strategic Communications of the Southern Defense Forces.
