On December 10, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption opened public access to the register of declarations, the NAPC reported, UNN writes.

"On December 10, 2023, the NACP fulfilled the requirements of Law No. 3384-IX adopted by the Verkhovna Rada and provided open round-the-clock access to the Unified State Register of Declarations of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government," the statement said.
At the same time, as indicated, the security measures defined in paragraphs 2-11 of the final provisions of the law "On Prevention of Corruption" are taken into account.
"If you do not find a declaration of a certain person in the register, it means that the NACP has received a request to remove it from public access. The documents can be removed from the public part of the register of declarations even after its opening until the end or lifting of martial law in Ukraine, but in this case they will be publicly available for some time," the NACP said.
The agency pointed out that all documents submitted to the register by declarants in respect of whom protection measures have already been applied on the basis of submissions are automatically removed from public access. At the same time, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the initiator of the removal of declarations submitted by declarants who are currently mobilized to the Armed Forces, the NACP said.
"Full public access to the registry will be provided by the NACP after the end or lifting of martial law in Ukraine," the agency said.
