In Bucha, a man killed his drinking buddy and tried to burn her body in an abandoned barn. The dead woman was found while extinguishing the fire. The police noticed traces of stab wounds on the body and tracked down the killer. The details of this story were told by the press service of the Kyiv region police, reports UNN.
On March 15, while extinguishing a fire in an abandoned barn, the burnt body of a 47-year-old local resident was found. The examination showed that the victim had been stabbed. The police soon identified and detained the attacker. The man faces up to 15 years in prison.

The killer was a 64-year-old man.
Police officers from the Bucha district police department found out that he was drinking with a woman who was later found dead. While drinking, they had a conflict. The man took a knife from the kitchen table and stabbed his girlfriend four times in the neck. She died on the spot from her injuries.
To hide the traces of the crime, he wrapped her body and took it to an abandoned barn. Then he poured solvent on the body and set it on fire.
