President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in St. Petersburg on a working visit for talks with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, Russian media reports, UNN reports.
Earlier, Belarusian media reported that talks with Putin were planned in various formats.
Lukashenka and Putin will discuss the development of Belarusian-Russian relations, "promotion of allied projects," regional security, and the international agenda.
