Under the procedural guidance of juvenile prosecutors of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, a 33-year-old resident of the capital has been notified of suspicion of committing sexual violence against five minor children
It was established that the suspect lived in the same apartment with his mother, sister, and nephews. Between December and May 2025, he repeatedly committed sexual acts against his sister's minor children. To satisfy his own sexual desire, the man touched the genitals of his nephews — three boys aged 8, 6, and 2 years, as well as nieces aged 5 and 4 years.
The family was registered with social services, and in December 2025, the woman and her five children were placed in a Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation after an inspection of their living conditions and complaints from neighbors that the children were left at home without adult supervision. Later, the older boy told a psychologist, and then the other children, about the suspicious actions of their mother's brother.
The man has been notified of suspicion of committing violent acts of a sexual nature against his minor nephews, as well as of repeatedly committing such acts (Part 4 of Article 153, Part 6 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The suspect is in custody without the right to bail.
The sanctions of the articles provide for imprisonment for up to 15 years or life imprisonment.
