Dmytro Kuleba noted that Georgia today resembles Ukraine in 2013. The head of the Ministry of foreign affairs of Ukraine wrote about this in X, reports UNN.

The minister noted that despite the promises of the Georgian authorities to avoid the so-called "Ukrainian scenario", today Georgia is going through what happened in Ukraine in 2013.
Unfortunately, what we are seeing in Georgia today is exactly the Ukrainian scenario, but of a different kind. Georgia in November 2024 is a mirror of Ukraine in November 2013.
Dmitry Kuleba also compared the actions of Georgian Prime Minister Bidzin Ivanishvili and Viktor Yanukovych. After all, exactly 11 years ago, in November 2013, with the beginning of the revolution of dignity, Yanukovych announced that he would not sign the association agreement with the EU. This caused protests across the country.
Then the Ukrainians rebelled, not allowing their freedom to be taken away, and this struggle changed the course of history. Today's scheme for Georgia is clear: first they take away freedom, then they start beating you, then prosperity disappears, and then Russia absorbs you.
"Your struggle today is more than being pro-European or pro-Russian; it's about the fundamental right to live freely. You are a proud nation. Fight and win — don't let them steal your future," Dmitry Kuleba addressed the Georgians participating in the protest.
