The Kharkiv regional police also confirmed the information about the explosions.
"Explosions are heard in Kharkiv. Do not leave the shelter until the air raid alarm goes off. Report any enemy shell hits or casualties to the special police line 102. Do not post photos or videos of hits. Do not help the enemy to kill our adults and children," the message reads.
