The Ministry of Internal Affairs plans to open a mental health and prosthetics center for veterans who have returned from the front, as well as for those who served in the National Guard, State Border Guard Service, police or the State Emergency Service. This was stated by Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko at the VII Annual International Veterans Forum, an UNN correspondent reports .

We have an ambitious goal to open a mental health and prosthetics center. We know that there are already problems with PTSD, and we are already preparing our specialists and facilities so that we can come to the aid of our veterans during their vacations and treatment

 ,” says Klymenko.

He emphasized that the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has an electronic office for victims to leave their application for help.

Klymenko emphasized that the assistance is provided not only to veterans who have returned from the front, but also to those who served in the National Guard, the State Border Guard Service, the police or the State Emergency Service.

We want lifelong support for these people, so that in the most remote part of our country, everyone can go to their office and request a document, a consultation, sign up for a technical regulation, if necessary, if a person has received prosthetics, etc. That is, there should be this system that will constantly update, everyone can log in, check the box, and all the information about where they were injured, where they received treatment, prosthetics, what kind of help they received will be updated

- Klymenko said.
