According to forecasters, during the day in Ukraine, except for the southwest, moderate, locally heavy rains, thunderstorms, and in some places hail and squalls of 15-20 m/s are expected.

Wind is mostly northwesterly, 7-12 m/s. Daytime temperature 21-26°; in the south and east of the country 26-31°

 - the statement reads.

In Kyiv and the region on July 4, partly cloudy skies are expected, with possible rain. Air temperature +22°...+24°.
