In particular, several buildings on Pobedy Avenue received the status of "ownerless property". This status was granted not by the occupation forces, but by local collaborators who have long sought to seize these objects.
The scheme of property seizure has been worked out: first, real estate is recognized as "ownerless", after which the so-called "nationalization"is carried out. The next step is to transfer the objects to the hands of the occupation administration or persons close to it. Thus, the aggressor tries to create the illusion of "legality" of his actions.
Lawyers remind that all legal acts issued by the occupiers are legally null and void. As of February 24, 2022, the owners of the property remain its legal owners, regardless of what decisions are made by the occupation administrations.
