In the case of the murder of Anastasiia Berezovska, a suspect in the attempted murder of businessman Vadym Yermolaiev in Monaco, two detainees have been served with suspicion notices, reports UNN citing the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Under the procedural supervision of the Office of the Prosecutor General, two detained individuals have been notified of suspicion of intentional murder of Ukrainian citizen Anastasiia Berezovska. They are charged with intentional murder committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy - paragraph 12, part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

According to the investigation, the suspects committed the murder of Berezovska after her return to Ukraine by bus.
Earlier, Ukrainian law enforcement agencies established that on July 1, 2026, the woman arrived in Ukraine, following the attempted murder of a family in Monaco.
The next day, law enforcement officers of the Principality placed her on the international wanted list on suspicion of involvement in this crime.
As part of the investigation, Ukrainian law enforcement officers identified her circle of contacts and travel routes after returning to Ukraine. In particular, two men were investigated: a former law enforcement officer and a current employee of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, both had previously made multiple transfers to the crypto and bank accounts of Anastasiia Berezovska. That is why they were checked for possible involvement in the attempted murder in Monaco.
During urgent investigative actions, one of the suspects reported her murder and indicated the involvement of another suspect. Based on his testimony, an investigative experiment was conducted, as a result of which law enforcement officers established the location of the victim's body
As reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, the issue of selecting preventive measures for the suspects in the form of non-alternative detention is currently being decided.
All available information held by Ukrainian law enforcement has been transferred to the investigative authorities of the Principality of Monaco. The Office of the Prosecutor General is in close cooperation with the law enforcement agencies of the Principality.
Law enforcement officers are also identifying the masterminds and other individuals who may be involved in the attempted murder of the family in Monaco. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing
