In occupied Sevastopol, another incident occurred that demonstrates the real state of infrastructure in the temporarily occupied territories. Graduates of local school No. 13 stepped out onto a balcony to take a traditional photo. The structure could not withstand the weight and collapsed along with the children. This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation of the NSDC of Ukraine (CCD), UNN informs.
Details
It is noted that as a result of the fall, the schoolchildren sustained injuries of varying severity—fractures and traumatic brain injuries.
The particular cynicism of the situation lies in the fact that, according to official documents of the occupation authorities, a "major renovation" was carried out at the school just last year, costing over 2 million dollars
They remind that Crimea has been under Russian occupation for 12 years, and during this time, the occupation authorities have failed to ensure basic safety and the proper condition of even school infrastructure.
Instead, Russian propaganda continues to talk about "development" and "improvement of life" in the TOT, while local authorities in practice drain the peninsula's resources and only paint beautiful pictures in words
The CCD believes that such cases prove once again: Russia uses the temporarily occupied territories exclusively as a resource base, neglecting the safety and well-being of local residents.
Recall
According to the CCD, the personnel crisis in education is rapidly deepening in temporarily occupied Crimea. Specifically, a constant shortage of educators is recorded in Sevastopol: every school lacks at least several teachers, and the total shortage across the city reaches over a hundred vacancies.
