In the Pakistani city of Lahore, the roof of a private school collapsed, killing at least 14 children. This was reported by AFP and the Associated Press, writes UNN.

According to hospital sources, the victims were between four and 12 years old. At least five children and one teacher were also injured.
A search and rescue operation is ongoing at the scene of the tragedy. Rescuers and volunteers are clearing the rubble, trying to find people who may remain under the debris.
Police detained two people
According to local police, two people have already been detained in connection with the case. The cause of the collapse is currently being determined.
